Repeated stays continue to disappoint with consistently poor service. Order requests, such as food and even basic items like water, often go unfulfilled or take hours, showcasing a lack of urgency. Room service staff display poor communication skills, as simple requests lead to confusion and delays. On a bright note, I did enjoy some vegetarian dishes during my stay, though the dining experience generally falls short of expectations.
